INTERDISCIPLINARY (COMPUTER ENGINEER, COMPUTER SCIENTIST)
Position Description:
You will serve as an INTERDISCIPLINARY (COMPUTER ENGINEER, COMPUTER SCIENTIST) in the SE & ALRE Department of NAVAIRWARCENADLKE, Ford-Class Launch & Recovery Division.
Position Duties/Responsibilities You will act as an Advanced Arresting Gear software subject matter expert responsible for technical requirements, design, development, testing, implementation and fleet support of system software.
You will apply an in-depth knowledge of computer theory, algorithms, data structures, programming, concepts, programming languages and computer architecture in the development and maintenance of systems software for various ALRE applications.
You will be responsible for establishing technical inputs and schedules of project management for Work Plans.
You will interface with technical leadership, Program Management, and PMA-251.
